January 13-14, 2007—Opening the year 2007, Five By Design made its way to New Mexico for its debut with the Las Cruces Symphony. Our sincere appreciation to Lonnie Klein and the members of the LCSO for their wonderful musicianship and hospitality. Leon Anderson (drums) and Kurt Cowling (piano) were on board to provide support for a solid rhythm section. A special thank you to Philip Taulbee and Mernie Burden for transporting members of the group to and from the airport!
