January 28, 2007--Five By Design loaded in to The Tassel Performing Arts Center in Holdrege NE. The community was recovering from an "ice storm" that knocked out the electricity for three weeks and literally disabled Holdrege. The audience certainly appreciated the opportunity to come out for entertainment after weeks of being without electricity. Musicians on board for the gig featured members of the Robert Baca Jazz Orchestra, including Rod Hudson, Tom Brown, and a cadre of UW Eau Claire jazz students.
