April 19, 2008—Five By Design joined the members of the Wheeling Symphony to recall "It's Wheeling Steel," a radio show created by the Wheeling Steel corporation in 1936. The original show was comprised of Wheeling Steel who share their musical talents with a national audience. SUSAN HOGAN, our host, was very generous with inviting Five By Design back to Wheeling for the fourth time. Many thanks to all, including conductor ADAM GLASER, who guided us through the rehearsal and with whom we made a wonderful connection. PETER MARSHALL, host of the Hollywood Squares television game show, was a local resident and portrayed the role of the "Old-Timer." Our sincere thanks to all involved with the production. We travel on with a greater sense of the Wheeling community.
